With massive thanks to Solus Rankin & Blokeman for the help on getting me the above code, i return with another query.

The above code works bang on - the change i would like to add is:

User opens the sheet
VBA checks in the specified range on the specified sheet ("Hidden" A30:A45)
If the username opening the sheet matches one of those listed in A30:A45, VBA opens a message box "Do you want to unlock the workbook?" User is required to click yes or no
No = open sheet but NOT un-protect any tabs
Yes = open sheet and un-protect ALL tabs
