Morning fellows, I am in need of some guidance. I have a list of people that helps me see their "sales". I choose their name, I hit a macro and boom their monthly sales appears. What I need/want is to print that list. And lets say that I have 200 salesman how can I do It in one macro. Select name > run macro >select list > print(or save as pdf with salesman's name) >select next name etc etc. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks
My solution was to copy each name on top of my existing data list but I want to know if there is an alternative solution.

So select each entry from dropdown list and save selection as pdf.
Try this. It will put the files inteh C:\Temp\ directory

Thank you, with that i figured out how to do it. I will mark this as solved and give rep, just as a side question, if instead of saving as pdf i wanted to print each what needs to be replaced?

Glad it worked. If I was printing to a printer rather than PDF I'd probably just go to macro recorder, print one page off then copy that code to replace the code starting "Activesheet.....". That way I'd get all the printer references and page setup captured. You won't need the full name reference either if you print to printer but it won't hurt to leave it in.
