    Question Mandatory Checkboxes (Form Control)

    Morning All,

Can anyone please kindly assist in my quest to make a set of Form Control Checkboxes mandatory input please?

They're in cell range I24:I27 on my sheet

I've had a sift through 6 pages on the forum search for Mandatory Checkboxes and a Googling session besides and can't see anything immediately relevant, but then in my Newb state I probably wouldn't know it to look at it lol!

    Any help appreciated!

    Hi,

Please attached sample excel to clarify what is the expected output and how your file looks and what controls are used?

    Handover Example.xlsm

Example file is attached for reference as requested, if anything is unclear about how it's intended to work please ask. Bear in mind my technical knowledge is rather limited on VBA, I'm just starting to learn, so humour me with additional details when advising how to handle this as I might not 'get' it entirely first time around!

    Your help is appreciated!

    Re: Mandatory Checkboxes (Form Control)

    Hi,

Check the attached file, I have done validation for one checkbox i.e Check box 47.

    Handover Example.xlsm

To check the check boxes names, right click the check boxes and check the name box at the left top corner besides formula bar.

Note: To check the code, goto code and check the subroutine test().
    I have added ElseIf part.

    Regards,
    Paresh J

Thank you, Paresh. I've had a look and I think I understand what's going on

I'll experiment with it this evening and leave you some feedback as to how I get on!
