Wow, thanks John for your help! This almost works. The ShiftLevel combo box is displaying the list of supervisors instead of shiftlevel, but it is displaying the minimized list without all the duplicates. The supervisor combo box on the other hand is displaying all of the shiftlevels, including all the duplicates. I was looking into using CreateObject("scripting.dictionary") but haven't been able to get it successfully working.
