limit the number of checked checkboxes within 200 checkbox ( checklist purpose)

Hi everybody ,
I tryed to adjust my post as possible to comply withe forum rules, so thanks to notify me about any new problem in my post.
I've attached a sample workbook contain two slides for example to work on,
I have made a checklist that alow you to chouse only 10 elements from 200 element using the control form checkboxes

I tryed to do that based on two codes (two Attemptes):

The first code principle is to disable the unchecked checkboxes when the number of checked checkboxes reach 10 and enable them when the number reduced to less than 10 so you can't check more than 10 checkboxes from a list of 200 checkboxe, but unfortunately this code can't work for me and i don't understand why !!! (see slide number one"first instance")

The seconde code principle is to do not check more than 10 checkboxes also (this code worked but too slow):
When the number of linked cells containing TRUE reach 10 cells, unprotect the worksheet, protect the remaining linked cells that contain FALSE then protect the work sheet
When the number of linked cells that contain TRUE is reduced to less than 10 cells, unprotect the worksheet, unprotect the remaining linked cells that contain FALSE then protect the work sheet, but the problem of htis second code is making the original file responce too slow because the original file has onother functions to work with in the same time, some times takes 5 to 10 minutes and other times no responce (see slide number two"seconde instance")
