need vba code to condition dropdown list and move data depends upon week or month in comb

Dear Expert

I have user-form with 5 combo-boxs and one command button, i want split data from raw-data sheets move to summary sheet depends upon week and month values.
i want condition drop down lists from year to week and month

if week 2013 is select in year combo-box then In week combo-box should fill wk 14 to wk-53 & month combo should fill apr-dec
if week 2014 is select in year combo-box then In week combo-box should fill wk 1 to wk-37 & month combo should fill Jan-sep

The value of data range move to summary sheet once click command button depends upon value wk & month

Thanks Naveed.. I pick week or month only not both... Here condition if i select week , i should be select month also but my requirement is
if i select weeks then click proceed data move to summary all week criteria selected or if i select month then click proceed data move to summary all criteria months selected..Please help on this
