sort comparing 2 columns based on colour index

Attached a spreadsheet where im trying to sort 2 columns based on colour index.

Any advise would be helpful.

Hi Rem0,

You're attempting to sort by ColH and ColL by color? red at top and so on?

And it needs to be a macro? can you specify what the end result should be?

You're welcome. Glad to help out and thanks for the feedback. I inserted helper columns "M/N" (later deleted them), assigned color values per you requirements. Sorted on the helper columns and then deleted the helper columns. Hope that explanation helps.

You have inserted row2 in the code, not sure why it required with out that the code runs fine though?

Strange. I couldn't get the sort portion to work properly with inserting the row 2. But if you are satisfied and have a solution, please mark the thread as solved.
