I have a list of around 3000+ names (keeps growing) that currently I keep copying and pasting into a pre built form in Excel, the data goes into the same cell (D16) the I print off this form for each and post them out (don't ask not allowed to e-mail it). I am sure there must be a macro that could automate this.
The list of names is in Column A on sheet called "Data" the form is on a tab called "print form"
So guess i'm looking for a loop macro that takes the data from column A in sheet "Data" and one at a time pastes this into cell D16 in the sheet "print form" then print it (is has a print defined area already) then do the next until it gets to the end of the list...
It takes ages doing this manually each month... any help appreciated.
