Question Share macros from my "personal" workbook to a network drive?

I have a bunch of macros saved in a workbook called "personal". I'd like to share some of these macros (but not all of them) with other users by putting them onto a network drive. Can anyone please tell me the best way to go about this?

    Thank you in advance!

Create a folder on your network drive that is available to your "users." Open your VBE Alt + F11. Right click on the macro you wish to share. Select Export File. Select the folder you created. Excel will place the file in that folder with as a .bas file. Your users can now do the reverse. Open their VBE and import the file. Suggest you give each module (macro) a unique identifiable name. Repeat this for each macro you wish to share.

Thanks. When I press ALT+F11, the window that opens is all gray with nothing listed. I feel like I must have missed a step here.

Do you have Personal.xls(b) open? What version of Excel are you running? Suggest you update your profile on this forum so that we know that and can give you precise responses. Your location would also be helpful so we know which international version of Excel you are operating.

How do you normally open the VBE to make a macro? Use the same procedure.

Sorry, I've updated my profile. I think I figured it out - I needed to open Project Explorer from the View menu to get them to show up. Thanks!
