Sort Single Cellsthen same col

Hello out there my question is...Is there a way to sort single cells from A to Z. What i am trying to do is sort a cell in column B line 4 then same column line 8 then line 10 and so on

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Do I understand your question right?

You want to sort from left ot right in 1 row (so you want to sort columns).

If Yes, you you can do that:

Excel 2003 => data => sort => options => from left to right.

If you want to sort multiplied rows ad once.

I don't think that is possible with the built in functions.

In that case you need to rely on VBA

ok I think i uploaded the file what I would like to do is sort the highlight names in column B and take the information in the the row with it has I dont want to update that information can this be done
