Comparing a column in one sheet to another column in a different sheet

Hello

Thank you in advance for any help. I want to compare column A in sheet one to column b in sheet two (values are alphanumeric ) and highlight the duplicates found in sheet 2. To be more precise I would like to take column A in sheet one and scan all of column b in sheet 2 but this value could also be found in a sentence in column b of sheet 2. My end goal is to highlight any values from column a in sheet one found in column b of sheet 2.

I have tested it..
Countif has built in search functionality with wild cards...

There is no need of vba and anything else...
Just use Conditional Formatting with...

Indeed 'CountIf' does work with wildcards, and this is a pretty decent implementation of that functionality. Good work mate.
