Generating Separate Sheets from Pivot Table Data

So what I'm looking to accomplish is to be able to take the pivot table in the first tab and automatically generate tabs 2-4. Tab 5 is the raw data underlying the pivot.

My job involves allocating time for employees, so often we have data in the form you see in the 1st tab and then need to manually separate it by supervisor into separate tabs (as can be seen in tabs 2-4).

I'm curious if there is a VBA method that could optimize this process.

    Thanks!
