Import the Data based on Specific Filter Criteria

Hello All,

Could someone help on the below.

I need to import the data based on the criteria from a file available in specific location.

There are many criteria's available in the CSV file but i need to import only the certain data which contains the Criterial i specified in the "B3". I have attached the sample format and same format is applicable in this sheet.


"B1" i have placed the Location
"B2" File Name
"B3" is the Criteria which need to be imported.
