conditional mandatory data entry

hi.

I have problem with mandatory data entry.
I made in E2 cell Data Validation Drop Down list. list including many words.
if one of these words ("sale", "purchasing", "master", "supplier") is chosen from drop-down list in cell E2, C2 must be mandatory data entry cell and if user wants to entry data into other cells before entering data into C2 this message must be show up. "please enter data C2 before any operation".
And also, I want to apply this to all column cells.

no. I couldnt install macro. I have copied the macro and saved as macro enable file type. But not working. I am new here. is there any restriction rule here to download attacment. Same problem again. cannot download. is it possible sending file to my email adress. efendiyev.k@gmail.com
