Autofill down column with unevenly spaced categories

Hi everyone,

I have a column of values in the farmost column of a dataset, that has categorising variables for each chunk of data. The problem is, the categorising cell only appears at the start of each chunk, when it needs to be next to each entry.

I know I'm explaining this poorly so I'll attach a sheet that illustrates the problem. Essentially I need a macro that makes the first worksheet look like the second. I know it's probably simple but I don't really know where to start with this one.

Any suggestions would be amazing.
