Auto sum total rows

How Can I count the total number of clients at the last row automatically using VBA. I want to segregate Total "New count" and Total "Old count" at the end of each row.

A1     	B1             	C1            	D1     	E1              F1     	G1              H1            	I1
S.N.	Client Code	Client Type	Date	Target Group	Age	Marital Status	District  	Remarks
