Filling 2 numbers with an interval

I have a problem with a list I want to generate.

I start with a table like this:

KP Start KP End Height Value ?
0 25 0 1
25 50 1
50 75 0 1
75 100 2
100 1



Now, I would need to have a macro making a list which fille in the numbers of KP Start and KP End with a certain inteval, but only for the rows where there is no "1"in the last column.
So in the previous example, I would need to get a list as following (with an inteval of 5m for example).

45
50
75
80
85
90
95
100




Does anybody know if this is possible?

Michael - I don't see how your output relates to your table. Have you looked at AutoFill?

Perhaps post a workbook?
