Excel VBA - Script Post html source code in cells

I guys I hope there is some one that can close this one for me:

I had a script (code nr1) that take the html source code and put it in to an textbox so I asked in here if anybody could help making the script so i write to cells insted of an textbox so I got a script (code nr2) but I really have no clue how to put code nr.2 together with code nr.1 because as far as I can understand it should be together because code nr.1 has the html address and there is not on in code nr.2

Hope you can help many thanks and I hope when put the to code together it won't make a textbox anymore but only write it all to cells
