VBA to Send Messages from Excel using KakaoTalk PC and MightyText

I run an afterschool program, and I need to send messages to parents when their children arrive.
I was wondering if it's possible to create a VBA that searches for the parent's name from a list on Kakao Talk PC (a messenging app popular in Korea).
Then sends a message.
If the parent doesn't have Kakao Talk, I'd like another VBA that does the same thing using MightyText or AirDroid instead of Kakao Talk PC.

Is this possible?
