Type mismatch with range and removeduplicates

Hello All,

I am trying to select a range in a worksheet and remove the duplicates from the range, but I keep getting a type mismatch error. I'm a novice with VBA so I'm not sure what that means. Please look at the following code below and let me know what I'm doing wrong.

Try removing Set rng =.
