Can't step into code through VBE???

I have a copy of an Excel workbook created by one of my customers. The workbook contains code on Sheet3 but I can't seem to step into this code using the F8 hotkey? Any ideas?

put a STOP in the macro on a line (F9). Once it hits, THEN step will work.
