When clicking macro button back data is not showing

I'll try to describe this as good as I can...

I have a chart or a pivot table as seen in the picture (don't mind the white markers) and I am supposed to write contacts in the cells below. The problem following is that when I click the macro button BACK (at the top centre) and then return to check what I wrote, it's all gone. The data shows when I turn off the filter, but as soon as I press the BACK button or any of the other macro buttons I have (on previous sheet), I again can't see nothing of what I wrote.
