Macro to repeat rows a certain amount of times (loop)

Hello all,

Can someone please provide me with a macro that does the following:

excel1.jpg
Repeat the three rows seen above a certain # of times (let's say 10 times).

It should look like..
excel2.jpg

The reason I need this macro is because it's tiring if you need to copy + paste this 100 times and much easier if there is a macro that can repeatedly copy and paste the cells a certain # of times.

See if this helps. This is the faster version of it for in case you want to copy thousands of times. which most likely I doubt.

This is the other version that uses the clipboard/ This one will paste everything including formulas and customization. (the other prints only values)
