Count completed rows for indiviual Advisors

hi

I though about doing this as a formular but it got pretty complicated and did not work so i wondered of there was a better way

bascially

i need a count function to search though 10 spreadsheets and log when an advisor has worked a case by marking it on a spreadsheet.

the advisors names are in col J: on each sheet and the yes mark is in Col F: HOWEVER, they need to be seperated into the date the cases were worked in col:I

so if i (graeme) worked 10 cases on 20/8/14 and 8 on the 19/8/14 it would show on two seperate lines on a sperate sheet

i have 22 addtional advisors to do this for

Without seeing the data this'll be slightly sketchy but I'm sure you can adapt it to your own needs.

Everyone else please look let me know if there's a way of improving this code as every day is a school day for everyone.

set up a new sheet and call it Data

So the result of this would be

Barry 2 Completed on 21/8/14 1 Completed on 22/8/14

And clive would be 1 completed on 21/8/14

This test data would be the same over 10 spread sheets with dirreftn names

That shouldn't be a problem. For the sheets you can use the index (what order they're in) and run that in a do until loop. I'll have a play about and will get back to you on this but if anyone fancies a go then please do. I'm still learning as we all are and am always keen to see how other people manage these situations.
