Auto Populating sheets with data from submissions

Hi Team, I have searched high and dry with lots a varieties to this challenge. I have attached a spreadsheet that is a example of submission we receive and grows of course as new ones come in. What i am trying to do is a couple of things.
Firstly I would like to auto create a list of new sheets based on the list in the "List of Div" Sheet from A1:A35. Then take data from the "Submissions" sheet -- Columns E,F,J,S,T,U,X,Y and Z and move to the sheet "Master" why this is important as I then am hoping there is a easy way to do some v lookups and move a person who enters in the respective divisions to the correct worksheet with the info from the sheet "Master" column A,D and E. In this sheet called master you will notice i have run a concatenate formula to join the names. The Column A in this sheet is as we place a competitor number against each person sequentially. Pressing my luck on this one but the utopia is to be able to put a number against that column A and it can find the person across the whole workbook in those newly created division sheet and if they are there then put the number in the column.

For example :- Lucia enters the show, she is in Bikini Novice and Bikini Open. Given we have run the auto create bit first ALL the divisions exist as sheets so we can push to the right sheet. The columns we want are pushed to "master" sheet, concatenate runs. We then apply a number, the entry is then passed to the respective sheet and in this case she exists on the Bikini Novice and Bikini Open sheet

Any help to the above would be great as i am really keen to understand this type of formulas. Thanks in advance all that may be able to help.

Maybe it'll get you started. Not sure I understand this though so it'll still have to be worked out.

Hi John, Thanks for Replying. If i can explain further -- What needs to happen is i need to take the persons First and Last Name ( concatenated ) and Town then copied to the corresponding sheet. So if she enters Bikini Novice and Bikini Open the name is copied to the corresponding sheet of the div name. Hope that makes sense. Thanks
