On your contestant sheet move the Chest numbers to column A. Then on the score sheet in F4, type =VLOOKUP(E4,contestents!$A$4:$C$14,3,FALSE) and in G4 type =VLOOKUP(E4,contestents!$A$4:$C$14,2,FALSE) and then copy both cells down

You need to be more specific about your points. I have no clue as to what you want or how to do it. Please provide examples of what you want and how you would determine it logically. You have not provided enough information to give you a viable solution.

So I work without name, only team, Item and points top 3 each item!
