Cant make inputbox work in working code

Hi I have big problems with the format. Specially when I receive pasted input from other. To handle this I created below code. I need the result in text format, before I work with it. I could not do this normal. I Make a help column, and with below code I run it in text format with leading zeroes. After I copy as value in the column I need it in as text with leading amount of zeroes, and delete the help column.
Its not perfect but its working.
My problem is I would like to have input boxes, so I can use this to other columns, with other amounts of zeroes.

I have managed to put a input box in, from the start cell/column I paste the value in.,

But I would really like and have tried much, to have 2 input boxes, for the amount of zeroes in the formula. The ones in red
and for the range where I have to paste the formula in in the helpcolumn.

This can maybe be done more smart. The important for me is that the result will be in text format, with the leading zeroes I choose infront
If I have this I can use this code for other columns and other amounts of zeroes.

HI Nilem and thanks allot. I tried the code in variant sheet I receive, I uploaded one here. It change to text but it give the same result in all rows. SO there must be some wrong. This example have the amount of zeroes but it need to be converted to text.
