Is that a true representation of your live workbook/worksheet?

I had a problem opening it (it needed repairing for some reason) and the formulae you have give circular reference errors

Formula: copy to clipboard 
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP($C1,$A:$K,2,FALSE),"")&""


Without dwelling on it too much, you could either follow Nathan's advice and record a macro. This could perhaps be fired on a Selection Change. Or yo could convert the data into a "true" Table ... which I suspect would be a lot easier.
