vba for new project

sir i am uploading a file for with lot of puzzle to be solved
which is my new project

i have a basic idea about excel
but i don't know vba
about the file
sheet by name "input form"
where i will upload the details like date
manufactured quantity
sales i have 4-5 sales with code(customer id)where id sheet is there to tranfer that data
and one raw materiel data to be transfer to that sheet
now from that form i need to transfer respective data to that sheet
