Copy values to another sheet

Hi all,

Im trying to make a macro that will copy the values from one tab to another and that it loops until there are no more values. The problem that I have is that the format changes from the "original" tab to the "output" tab. One of the values that I want to copy repeats its self 4 times.

I don't know if it makes sense what I want to do , but I have attached the file that I'm working with so you can have a better idea of what I want to do.
