i have a sheet it having lots of data
whenever i run macro it
i will get 2 options --->Access data
Updating data
if i click update data it display the list of batch where i have to update data
that why i have used listbox1.

Listbox1.Text will only return a string, so I have no idea what you are trying to do with the part in brackets that follows it.
PS If you remove the part in brackets do you still get the error?
what i was saying if i run macro

2.tblprod_agr_002
i have to select the batch name to update the data

Also, what is the part in brackets supposed to be/do?
If the listbox lists the values in brackets you don't need that part in the brackets.
