Need help in extracting data from sheet !

I have sales data for 4 months in which one product (say X) is bought 'n' times by 'm' different customers in 'p' quantities.
I want that when i enter the product id (which is unique for each product but in the excel sheet it's repeated 'n' times) it should display all its details.
Vlookup is not working since product id is not unique in this case, as there are multiple entries for same product.
Can someone please help with this problem !
