Problem with macro finding number. NEED HELP!!

I had a some help with this macro in the Assign_Hyperlink code the macro is supposed to use the WG WOP from the data sheet, look in BOTH the compile SF sheet AND the compile HG sheet for the WG number and if/ when it finds it, the entire row gets copied over to the CheckSheet sheet in the workbook. However this is what the macro is doing

1) Copies over irrevelant numbers to CheckSheet sheet.
2) Does NOT check the Complie SF sheet for "WG WOP".

I have been trying to figure this out, please help community
