Whenever I open an Excel file, it also opens my "PERSONAL" macro workbook

I recorded a new macro today. It appears under "Macros In: PERSONAL XLSB" with the other macros I recorded previously.

However, after adding the new macro today, whenever I open an Excel file now, it automatically opens a the PERSONAL XLSB workbook in a separate window. Then if I close that window, I cannot choose the macro from that workbook.

Also, when I open Excel to create a new workbook, it automatically opens the PERSONAL XLSB by default instead of a new workbook.

How can I fix this so that I can:
A. not automatically open the PERSONAL XLSB in a separate window when I open an existing workbook
B. not automatically open the PERSONAL XLSB by default when I open Excel
C. choose/run a macro from that XLSB in the other Excel file I open

with the PERSONAL workbook open, click the View Tab, then click Hide
