How to drop columns containing a specific word?

I have attached the excel sheet here.

Basically, I would like to drop columns that have the term "FQ1", "FQ2", "FQ3" and "FQ4" in the first row.

How should I go about coding up a VBA for it?

I seem to be stuck even at the first time (ie not too sure what I should label as string, integer etc).
