Highlighting Rows with vba

I need some help in figuring this out. The attached workbook (TestBook) has the row highlighting as desired if the button is clicked. The workbook (example-) has some additional functionality and the row highlighting doesn't seem to work as expected anymore. The classify maacro will reformat the data and a change_event will activate calculations when 1 is selected from A2. Can someone please help to figure out why? Thank you.
