Please refer to attached file.
I have PLU# in column E amd need to compare that the plu# in coumn R.
If it finds then highlight the one in column R.
For example:
Start with E12 : Plu # 10313, look for 10313 in Column R, if it finds it then highlight yellow in column R cell.
If it is not found then highlight red in cell in column E.
Let me know if you have any questions.

VBA is not needed here. I applied two Conditional Formatting formulas to column E and column R to color the cells as you've outlined.
