VBA for next loop error help

Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping this is an easy fix. I'm running a for loop that I want to overwrite a cell when a specific criteria is met.
Unfortunitly I am getting an error on the one line of code.
Can you help me out.

Hi,

with +1 you try to go after the last line !

What I was shooting for was to add a blank line when I see "--------" in cell F
And on that blank line I would copy in "==================" into cell B

Follow code via F8 key and check variables value to understand the issue …
