Cutting and Pasting Selected Range to Another Sheet within Workbook -Setting Ranges

I am having trouble figure this one out. I have a sheet that tracks project completions and want to be able to cut the rows that have have a completion date (SentDate) and paste them to another sheet. I've tried several things but the code can't get past Range (MyRange).Select.

I would like to be able to cut any rows that meet the criteria that the project has been completed which can be within any row(s) of the sheet.
