row highlighting not working properly

I can not figure out why the row highlighting is not functioning the same in the attached example-.xlsm. TestBook.xlsm works as expected but ever since I added some things, the highlighting hasn't worked and I need some expert help. In TestBook there is a button that will color the rows accordingly (thee attached file has the colors correct). In example- the classify macro will reformat the data and allow the user to select 1 from the dropdown in cell A2. That change in cell A2 will trigger the calculations macro and result in the row highlighting that is not working as expected. Thanks.

I removed the below code from calculations, but still no luck. Thanks.
