Type mismatch error 13

Hi !

I am trying to dynamically create Checkboxes from form control and assign an OnAction Event to each of these. Basically the user must be able to turn on/off series from a chart. I am passing a Range object into the OnAction Event but it throws up the type mismatch error. Here is a general idea of what I am doing.The line that gives the error is highlighted in red :
