    VB/Macro Required for Stoping Same Number at same time

    Greetings to all,

    i want help on my excel file plz...

    i want a VB/Macro Code which can do the following...

    0 0
    1 0
    0 1

    i just want to enter only the these "values" in the cell of G9 & H9 only and down below by dragging

    plz see the sample image attachment

    i have also attach the excel file

    Salary Sheet.xlsx

    Could you please explain the logic of what you are trying to do. Also in the future try to make your post titles a bit more unique.

    I have Attach new copy of my excel file which i hope it will give you clear understanding of my Problem

    What I m trying to do is in my salary sheet, if someone enter "Present Days 31" and he got "leave (Zero)" and he have "1 Leave Allowed" than his total "Earn Days" will become "32"

    & same if he got "leave (Zero)" and he have "1 Leave Allowed Not Availed" than his total "Earn Days" will also become "32"

    But Actual Problem is i want to Prevent from doing double entries On Column (G & H) through VB/Macro

    for this i need a VB/Macro Code

    sorry i do not want "I9" Column showing "True & False"

    what i want is (G9 & H9) cells address should not take False values and give and error Message or Alert to user

    hope i am making my self understanding

    No, not at all. You asked for something, you were given what you asked for. Then you ask for something completely different.

    Your updated example makes no sense to me. At least I understood the True/False bit, which is still indicated as a requirement in the new example.

    English is not my native language... that's why i was not able to explain my problem clearly...
