Auto font change with text edit

Hi all:
I have a cell with red italic font which I would like to change to black regular font when a user keys something into it - without having to run a macro or select cells and use conditional formatting - it has to happen automatically. Any help much appreciated!

Worksheet_Change event can help to automate when a value is changed by the user.
