Hiding and unhiding rows based on number of cell values

    Hello

I have a pivot table that returns a different number of results based on the criteria inputted (coverage name, existing or target)

On another page, I have multiple tables down the worksheet that each draw a vlookup values from each pivot table result. This would work if there were a set number of pivot table results, but depending on the inputs the number of results changes each time.

Depending on how many results there are in the table, I want to hide and unhide rows so unnecessary tables don't show up. However, if the number of results in the pivot table changes, I want these rows to be re-shown with the information. Is there any way to do this? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

Is it possible for you to attach your workbook to your thread so we can work on your actual workbook structure?

I'll see if I can do that today.

Does this sound possible though? I essentially need to create tables that draw their information from pivot table results, but there will be a different number of results from the pivot tables sometimes so I want to hide the extra tables that aren't needed if there are less results.

Not sure, it might depends on your sheet's structure. Let us see what it looks like first.
