Doing Loop.....

Hello to All

I'm new with you

I try to accomplish a routine to a spreadsheet but it can be different each time..2 times...3 times....20 times
Someone tell me that a loop can do the job but this is something i never done before
I try to get some help from you the Expert to show me how i can do this .......
i attach an example to this post to show you exactly what i am looking for

If cell A5 , excel count the number of times he read "Insert a line here" in column D
Than the macro run an add a new line every time he get to it
