Thank you very much or your efforts. Your solution is near to my expectation.

My requirement is, from Sheet 1 program should read Program name ie Prog 1, Prog 2 etc.
Then it should search for commodity and return commodity and respected engineer name to the specific program tab. For multiple commodities under the same program, a spcific set of rows to be copied at predefined interval.
