    Compile error: Type mismatch

    Greetings all

I am trying to set a workbook variable and keep getting a Compile error: Type mismatch. I just don't see what I am doing wrong.

    Dim wb, wbc As Workbooks
        Set wb = ActiveWorkbook
Set wbc = "net margin export ready v1.1.xls"
Pretty sure this is going to be one of those 'Duh!' kind of moments, but right now it is a brick wall.

    Thanks for looking
