Pop-up boxes that require input from user (exel vba)

Hi

I am new here and was wondering if anyone could help me with the following.

Functionality:
1) Ask the user for a name and a number
2) Create a copy of a specific sheet and place it in a specific place in the workbook
3) Rename that sheet with the name the user gave in step 1
4) then place that name in the next available row in 2 different sheets and hyperlink those names to the sheet
5) in the same row that the name was placed in one of the sheets in step 4
ther needs to be a refrence to a cell in the newly created sheet
and the number from step 1 needs to be placed in a that same row

I think i am not forgetting any functions

if there is anyone that can assist me in doing this it would be grately appreciated

ps. I am not an expert and am just scratchin the surfice of coding in vba.
