Run Time Error 481 - Invalid Picture

Hi All

Im getting a run time error 481 when i open one of my xlsm sheets, i have had a quick lokk online and everywhere is telling me to download this hotfix file, but im wary of downloading any of these kind of files, as last time that happened i managed to wipe off some very important files!

So is there a fix for this without having to download anything, or is it purely a microsoft programming error?

The error only occures when the workbook is open, where my sheet uses

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
UserForm1.Show vbModeless
End Sub

But if i acess the userform through the command button, the error doesnt show, and the userform shws what it is intended to show

Anyone have any ideas or help on this error?

I used this

Sheets("Charts").Select
    ActiveWorkbook.RefreshAll
Sheets("Period 10 Summary").Select
    Range("F2").Select
Calculate
UserForm1.Show vbModeless
End Sub

the userform seemed to only show the charts once the chart sheet had been selected, so i made it do this before showing the userform on open, and it removes the run time error and works fine
