How to design sheet Advanced Filter using drop down list from another sheet ?

Welcome to the site. So you downloaded a Workbook from another site and now want the good folk on this site to explain it all to you. If you are used to working in Excel then slowly you will work it all out, but if you are a novice then it could take you a while. yeah i want to learn it , it will help me to make a database for Books and other stuffs
it will be appreciated if you move it to VBA forum to help me how to design it from zero
